Ticketing policy
Tickets are refundable (excluding booking and transaction fees) up until the close of registrations. The date on which registrations closes each year varies and is advertised on our website. When registrations have closed, no further refunds are available.
To request a refund of your ticket prior to the close of registration date, click the ‘Manage order’ button in the order confirmation you received from Humanitix, and process your refund. Alternatively, please email: registrar@onedaycwc.org.au. Requests for refunds will be responded to within 5 business days. OneDay is not responsible for delays in receipt of refund requests. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.
Following the close of registration, tickets will not be refunded due to illness, change of mind, inability to travel or any other reason.
You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person, however you must email registrar@onedaycwc.org.au to advise of your intention to do so, as soon as possible before the day of the event, and provide the details of the person you are transferring your ticket to. We cannot guarantee that specific dietary requirements can be catered for at this time for the other delegate, due to catering numbers having already been finalised. However, sometimes it is possible to accommodate these, so we encourage you to still advise us of these.
In the event of the organisers cancelling the event, tickets will be refunded in full (excluding booking and transaction fees) via original payment method.
Tickets are not available for sale at the door.
Entry will not be granted to the event where a person does not hold a ticket, or holds the incorrect ticket type.
OneDay reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry or remove any person without entitlement to a refund, including any person who: does not hold a ticket; holds an incorrect ticket type; causes a disturbance; or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by OneDay Christian Women’s Conference Incorporated.
