  • As per our Mums and Bubs policy, we respectfully ask that only babies under 6 months old attend the day, as we do not have the facilities available for toddlers and older children. Please purchase a ‘Mums and Bubs’ ticket when registering for the conference, as there is limited space available, and we want to ensure that you will be comfortable on the day. We reserve the right to refuse entry for babies and children older than 6 months. This is to ensure the comfort of the many women attending on the day and to ensure the safety of your child, as the venue is not set up for older babies or toddlers.

  • Your ticket price includes a whole day event, with guest speaker, morning tea and lunch. The rest of your ticket price covers the venue hire, sound and lighting, royalties, insurance, speaker’s fees, promotional materials and more.

  • We are sorry to hear that you are unwell. Please email our registrar – registrar@onedaycwc.org.au – so that we can let people on the waitlist know that a ticket has become available. Unfortunately, we can’t refund your ticket, as per our ticketing policy. We hope that you’ll be able to join us next year!

  • Yes. Please email registrar@onedaycwc.org.au as soon as possible prior to the event. Please include details of the person who you are passing your ticket on to (name, address, mobile, email, dietary requirements). Please note that we are unable to guarantee that their dietary requirements will be met if it is past the registration close date, however sometimes this is possible. We are unable to refund you your ticket price if it is past the registration close date, as per our ticketing policy.

  • We usually have people who have bought at ticket, but can no longer attend the day. When this happens we are able to offer tickets to people on our waitlist. Usually this is in the last few days prior to the conference (and even on the morning of the conference), so please be advised that we may not contact you to offer you a ticket until the day before or day of the event.

Please join our waitlist through our ticketing provider. Please also email registrar@onedaycwc.org.au when you have done this, with your address and number of tickets required. Our registrar will then be in touch when tickets are available.
