We value the privacy and confidentiality of our delegates.

The OneDay Women’s Conference Incorporated requires the collection of certain information about delegates in order to deliver the OneDay conference. This information may include: name, address, phone number, email, church attended, dietary information, and other information as voluntarily provided by delegates.

Information collected is used by the OneDay committee for the purposes of planning and delivering the OneDay conference, including to notify previous delegates of upcoming OneDay conferences and ticketing and administrative purposes. Delegates may request to not be contacted by OneDay in the future, by emailing registrar@onedaycwc.org.au

OneDay Women’s Conference Incorporated uses the services of Humanitix to manage ticketing transactions, and as such delegates agree to their information also being managed in accordance with Humanitix’s privacy policy and terms of use, as can be found on their website: https://humanitix.com/au

Information collected by OneDay Women’s Conference Incorporated is not shared with any other individuals or organisations aside from our ticketing provider, unless required for legal purposes.
